Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage
Handcrafted by artisans with over 12 years of embroidery experience, both styles feature intangible heritage Suzhou embroidery: gold thread lotus scrollwork adorned with pearls across the shoe body. The intertwined vines symbolize “endless vitality,” lotus flowers represent “auspiciousness,” and red signifies “celebration.” The upturned-toe style recreates the elegance of Ming and Qing dynasty footwear, while the classic style suits modern aesthetics. Each pair serves as a wearable vessel of intangible cultural heritage.

Care Instructions
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Use a soft-bristled brush to clean embroidery and pearls. Do not bleach. After washing, blot dry and stuff with tissue paper to maintain shape (pay special attention to preserving the toe curve on the upturned toe style). Lay flat to air-dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid vigorous rubbing of pearl areas to prevent detachment.
