  2. A 1-3cm difference is normal for manual measuring. For this short hanfu, bust and height are the key sizing references for a perfect fit.
  3. This mamianqun comes with a 120cm waist tie, so you do not need to consider waist size when choosing. It has great flexibility and fits most waist shapes comfortably.

Washing Instructions

Most Hanfu garments are made of delicate fabrics including silk, cotton linen, brocade and embroidered materials. Gentle care helps preserve their shape and exquisite details.

1.Hand Washing (Recommended)

  • Water temperature: Use cold or lukewarm water only, as high temperatures may damage the fabric.
  • Detergent: Use a mild, neutral detergent for delicate fabrics. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh chemical cleaners.
  • Steps: Submerge the garment gently in water, add a small amount of detergent and clean by pressing lightly. Do not scrub, brush or wring. Soak for only 5 to 10 minutes.

2.Machine Washing (Thick Cotton Linen Only, No Embroidery)

Place the Hanfu in a mesh laundry bag, select the gentle cycle on your washing machine and use cold water to prevent tangling and damage.

Do not machine wash Hanfu made of embroidered, silk or brocade fabrics.

3.Drying Instructions

  • Water removal: Gently press the garment with a clean soft towel to absorb excess water. Do not wring.
  • Drying: Lay flat on a clean towel or hang with a wide shouldered hanger in a cool, ventilated area. Keep away from direct sunlight.
