Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will arrange the return at our expense.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note that personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FortunateMall began with a simple idea: to share the meaningful pieces we grew up with, red strings, prayer beads, and protective amulets, with anyone looking for something genuine.

Every stone and every piece is chosen by hand from small workshops in Nepal, Tibet, and Thailand. We work directly with the families who make them, pay fairly, and check each order before it leaves.

We believe in honest pricing, real customer service, and keeping traditional crafts alive. Ten percent of our profits go toward books and school supplies for children in remote mountain villages.

When you wear a piece from FortunateMall, you are carrying a small part of that story with you.
